Playbooks de resolución

Casos frecuentes y decisión siguiente

Cliente sin IP

Comprueba puerto/VLAN, trunk, DHCP pool y relay. Si no hay binding, vuelve a la capa anterior.

show ip dhcp binding

VLAN no comunica

Valida SVI up/up, gateway del cliente, rutas y ACL aplicada en la dirección correcta.

show ip interface vlan 10

VPN caída

Compara peer, propuesta, ACL interesante, NAT exemption y estados IKE/IPsec.

show crypto isakmp sa
Clave: una ACL termina con implicit deny. Si necesitas permitir el resto, declara permit ip any any explícitamente.
